Want to Read Comics? Where to Start?

In this age of comic book movies, ever thought of getting into comics but don’t know where to start? Here’s my personal recommendation:

Justice League (New 52), Volume 1: Origin by Geoff Johns, Jim Lee, Scott Williams and Alex Sinclair.

It collects the first six issues of the above-mentioned Justice League title originally published separately in monthly comics between 2011 and 12. The collection, for me, is an effortless read and a great jumping on point for new comic readers. It has Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Cyborg and Green Lantern, a very colorful book. The superheroes meet each other for the first time in this story. I may update from time to time if I think of any other comics which are good starting points.
